CNN GOP Debate Posts Highest Ratings In Months

The tenth CNN GOP debate, which was held on Thursday, pulled in an estimated 14.6 million viewers, making it the second highest rated show on television.

Ted Cruz, the Evangelical Senator from Texas, has won the 2016 Iowa caucus. In a tiny surprise, second place went to Donald Trump, while Marco Rubio placed third, Ben Carson placed fourth, and Kentucky Senator Rand Paul placed fifth.

Fox News Cuts Rand Paul From Main Republican Debate

Rand Paul, who is currently trailing four other candidates in the GOP presidential election, has been kept off the next main debate stage in favor of other underperforming candidates and will not be participating in the debate. Fox announced yesterday that they had selected Donald Trump, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, Chris Christie, Ben Carson, Jeb Bush, and John Kasich to participate on the "main stage" of the first republican debate in 2016.
