Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising is set to be released and Universal Studios have released the first trailer for the summer comedy. Seth Rogen, Rose Byrne and even Zac Efron are back, and this time they're fighting a sorority who happens to move in right next store, just as the fun couple plan to sell their house.



The  original Neighbors was released in the summer of 2014 and grossed over $270 million worldwide.
